Information we collect

When you register, place an order, or contact support we collect the data you provide: name, email, phone number, delivery address, password (stored hashed), and the items in your cart and orders. When you pay by card we receive only a tokenised reference from our acquiring bank — full card numbers and CVV never reach Breeze servers. The app and website also receive standard technical information from your browser or device (IP address, device model, app version, language) to operate the service.

How we use your data

We use your data to create and operate your account, to process and deliver your orders, to handle returns and refunds, to send order- and account-related notifications (email, SMS, push), to provide customer support, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations in Armenia. We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising.

Sharing with sellers, couriers and processors

To deliver your order we share the minimum required information with the seller of the product (name, phone, delivery address, order contents) and with the assigned delivery courier (name, phone, address). Payment data is processed by our acquiring bank (Ameriabank vPOS). Push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed. Communication between the app or website and Breeze servers uses HTTPS. Access to internal systems is restricted to authorised Breeze staff. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep your data

Account and order data are kept while your account is active and afterwards for the period required by Armenian tax and consumer-protection law. After that period we delete the data or anonymise it. You can request deletion of your account at any time by writing to the contact email.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your data, or object to specific processing. To exercise these rights write to the contact email below; we respond within 30 days. Account deletion is also available from the in-app account settings.

Children

Breeze is intended for buyers aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
