You can request deletion of your Breeze account and the personal data we hold for it at any time. This page explains how to do it, what gets deleted, and what we are legally required to keep.

Sign in to your account, open Account → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is closed immediately and removed from the buyer-facing app within 24 hours.
If you prefer, send an email from the address registered on your account to support@breeze.am with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify ownership of the address and confirm the deletion within 5 business days.
Your name, email, phone number, password (hashed), saved delivery addresses, saved payment-method references (tokens), cart contents, wishlists, browse and search history, device tokens for push notifications, and customer-support messages tied to the account.
Completed order records, invoices and payment receipts are kept for the period required by Armenian tax and consumer-protection law (currently up to 5 years). These records are detached from your active account and used only to satisfy legal, tax and accounting obligations. They are not used to contact you or to build a marketing profile.
In-app deletion: the account is closed immediately and removed from internal user lists within 24 hours. Email request: confirmed within 5 business days. Backups containing your data are rotated out within 30 days.
If you only want to delete specific data (for example, your saved addresses or saved cards) but keep your account, write to support@breeze.am from your registered email and we will remove the requested data without closing the account.
